FAQs

What is your max capacity?  120;  50-60 seated guests indoors or 100 seated guests on our patio outdoors.  Standing room capacity indoors is 120, so if your plan is to use the patio seating and weather turns there is cover for everyone.

What is your weekend wedding rate? $4500 

What does that include?  The full weekend on our 15 acre property, beautiful sleeping accommodations for up to 20 guests, chairs, tables, ivory linens, white plates, silverware, and glassware.  Our goal was to provide an "all inclusive" type experience.  We have a state of the art sound system, a full chef's kitchen, outdoor power for a food truck, and a dedicated ceremony site next to the creek.  Come with food and booze (if you choose) and you're all set for a magical day!

Is alcohol allowed?  Yes!  We require use of a licensed bar or licensed bartenders for any alcohol service as well as event insurance.

Can I have an off season wedding (Late October-May)? Yes, but capacity is limited to 50 guests due to indoor space and parking.  Ceremony will need to be held on our patio, which we always keep clear of snow.  Pricing depends on dates and availability.

Can I have a weekday wedding?  No, our wedding package includes the full property with both buildings from Friday at 3pm to Sunday at 12pm.  Plenty of time to host your rehearsal dinner or a farewell breakfast!

Can I have an event other than a wedding?  Yes!  The space is perfect for Holiday parties, bridal showers, family gatherings, and more!  Pricing depends on dates and availability.

 

Can our guests camp?  Not on our property, but we are very close to the public access to the Elkhorn Mountains as well as the Alhambra Campground.
